Tool Kit for Community to build simplified hydroponic gardens
Toolkit:
Each training session includes members of 16 families.
In the training session the following tools are used.
- A Handsaw - a saw is used to cut wood to build table growers, shape seedling growers and convert wood lumber to hydroponic growers.
- A Tape measure - A tape mesure is used to measure wood parts and also to place the table growers in the gardem
- A staple gun - The black plastic liner is stapled to the table grower to make a waterproof container for either substrate or floating bed growers.
- A prybar is used to pull previously built materials such as shipping pallets to reclaim the lumber for use in hydroponic growers
- A Hammer - a hammer is used to build the wood bed growers and also to help remove boards from discarded materials.
The kit includes four of each tool that can be used in community projects after the training.
This will help a community reach self sufficiency.
